This Monday, November 27, 2023 in Paris, Mr. Alain-Richard DONWAHI, President of COP15 Desertification, participated in an important thematic meeting co-organized by the European Council for International Relations (ECFR) and the Tana Forum, as a prelude to the holding of COP28 in Dubai. Dedicated to new financing for the African continent’s adaptation to climate change, this meeting made it possible to implement innovative financing mechanisms.
