As part of preparations for the participation of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire in the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate (COP28), scheduled from November 30 to December 12, 2023, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the President of COP15 Desertification, Mr. Alain-Richard DONWAHI, participated in the ceremony organized by the Ministry of the Environment, Sustainable Development and Ecological Transition in the prime minister’s auditorium. At the heart of the discussions, the best strategies and coordination for the successful participation of Côte d’Ivoire in this major international meeting.
