From November 30 to December 11, 2023, the President of COP15 Desertification participated in COP28 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. At the end of this stay, he wanted to express his deep gratitude to all those people who, directly or indirectly, contributed to the success of this mission. For President DONWAHI, the results are largely positive because he took part in eleven (11) major events which ensured optimal advocacy in order to raise awareness on the issues linked to drought, desertification and land degradation. . At the same time, the Desertification Fresco was promoted, like the four (04) official sessions which were held in four (04) pavilions for a total of sixty-five (65) registered participants. The joint declaration of the Presidencies of the three (03) COPs also occupied minds with notable relays from major social and international media. So many indicators which encourage us to now take the course of advocacy in favor of the planet.
