It is with a heart filled with joy that the President of COP15 Desertification participated in this umpteenth Desertification Fresco workshop, this Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Pavilion of Young Climate Champions in Dubai. This wonderful awareness tool that captures attention is proving to be a great success. Thus, in his address to young people on their leading role in saving the planet, Mr. Alain-Richard DONWAHI emphasized the need for young people to have spaces to express themselves freely on the desertification, biodiversity loss and climate change. He also insisted on the fact that young people must be ambassadors of the Fresco so that each country of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) has its own ambassador of the Fresco of desertification with a view to better promotion of this game.
