It is with great pleasure that Mr. Alain-Richard DONWAHI, President of COP15 Desertification, took part, this Monday, November 13, in the meeting of the COP15 Desertification office which was held in Samarkand in Uzbekistan. Present at this meeting were the Vice Presidents of COP15 Desertification and the Executive Secretary of the UNCCD.
